gargantia-inspired structures! //definitely wasn't in the mood for wing-ish wings. Oh and many thanks to my friend who kindly offered her body to me, otherwise the angel would have had giraffe legs
many many thanks for looking!! wish you a wonderful week
I love this picture. I think it's fabulous! When I look at it, it give me hope, something like "You are not alone. Even if people don't show it, they love you." I'm the child with his plush who is crying, and each feather on the angel's wings are my family, my boyfriend, my friends, my cat... ♥ Huhuh ♥
The face of the angel made me giggle! But aww! What a scared little kid! Why is he alone with only his cute bunny in such a place to begin with? D: I like how the milky way is aligned on the angel btw; it looks like a trail he left behind him while on the fall.
I love this, as I do all your stuff, uchuu! I knew by the colors and that awesome sky that it was yours, and the scene always opens me up to a grander view of the universe than I keep thinking exists--bless you for that feeling...
I just love this SO MUCH! ;_; <3333333333 I don't know why but I can relate to this somehow.. *CAN'T EXPLAIN THE FEELS RIGHT BUT I'M IN LOVE SO YEAH* really stunning piece, the colors are pretty as usual and the atmosphere here is brilliant
Ooh! This is quite a lovely piece! I really like the atmosphere and the scenery and the dialogue mentioned at the bottom. : D I hope you don't mind me mentioning this, though I did see that you weren't in the mood for drawing wings, the way the wings are shown, from the perspective that we, the audience, are looking at is a bit awkward. I mean, at least in how the wing tips fold. Ah! I'm not making myself very clear, but what I'm trying to say is that if the wings were to stay in the same position, the audience would have to see more of the angel's back. And as such the angel would sit more of a 3/4 view not facing the audience.
Ah, sorry for the lengthy and probably not helpful critique... OTL But I really do like this piece. It makes me want to try drawing more illustrative moments. :')
I'm aware of how twisted the wings are! I draw them like this : but this time I went with the shape of a tweaking piece of paper xD
The left wings should have been more thin, and their tips would be right in front = non visible. "Those piece of paper-like wings are thin and can blind in any type of direction, actually wait do they even have bones?" is what I thought when drawing them without even minding XD... to not make things anatomically correct - is it weird?
Thank you so much for the critique!! Although I was aware of every defect on them (since I do critique my drawings, but it might not show) there have been countless cases where I have feelz for the respective shape and looks good to my eyes I'll make sure to not make such eye-burning mistakes or at least specify more my intention in the description. Ohhh but your critique is really helpful! :') I agree with it completely, 100%.
Ah, I think I get it more now. I was pretty sure you were aware of what you were doing, but I wasn't entirely sure whether it was creative license or just how the picture came out. And I don't think it's particularly weird. I think that you are able to draw out your thought, and so well might I add, is admirable. I for one always hold back or think, "Maybe sometime later." So keep making interesting art! ouob
Ah, I think it shows that you critique your drawings I was just not sure whether this piece was supposed to be a bit, uh, abstract in form, for a lack of better phrasing. OTL
Hahaha! :'D Sorry for any trouble I created and thank you for taking my words into serious consideration. I feel so touched! ;v;/
No, thank you for producing such a lovely piece. Please keep doing so! ouob
