A personification I made for the human heart,
genderless, it could be both the organ and the iconic symbol.
I read few days ago a journal about mental illness and how much it can stress out both physically and psychically someone. Hard times.
I know hearts that made it through the sadness, pain and fought illness
alone.
I know hearts that
joined together and fought them as well
.
But I know hearts that are still wandering alone,
searching for another heart to lend a hand. 
I knew once a heart that refused to fight, and
lost everything. I also heard from few saddened people about hearts that
fought and lost.
You can make someone's day, present, or future, by offering to be that
heart.
You can find a helping heart by asking and accepting the offered help.
It's more than okay to ask someone for help. Always.
Stress is stressful. How about a motivational penguin?? 8D
