- I don't draw hentai/porn/ explicit content, although soft BL and Yuri is ok. - I can try drawing almost anything you'd want, although subjects I haven't tried yet will take a bit longer. - I DON'T take fanart as commissions, but random humans/OC's are very welcome! ; ) - NOTE : I don't calculate on headshot/fullbody/ etc. You have to mention if you want the character to be drawn full or not/if not what part. - I will send you the drawing through email without watermark however, it will have my small signature. - The time it will complete varies from one week to 2 months maximum. I'm slow with school and with everything. Please please be patient. - I will tell you when I finish, and then send you an email to pay. After I receive the payment, I will send the commission. - I don't do refunds. About rights : - you CAN put it on your website/blog etc. - you CAN gift it to your friends, etc. - you CANNOT print it for selling purposes - you CANNOT claim that you drew it.
What about you was too busy to draw personal commissions about your own characters, and other people still wanted them drawn in scenes that they couldn't find in an hypothetical canon story of yours? ^^
I'd give permission only if asked & credited & shared a part of the profit because the characters and their concept would be mine.
Seriously, I have my own characters and if they were like Naruto or Pikachu (being always commissioned and drawn by others), I wouldn't like it. They are used to gain money without the original creator's consent. Naruto came out of Kishimoto-sensei's mind and soul, and if Kishimoto-sensei did not say "yes you can make money off my world and my character", then nope.
Kishimoto-sensei makes profit from the merchandise he probably Approved to be sold by companies in Japan, and even if I bought some, he still wouldn't know that I made money off Naruto.
Permission is everything for me regarding fanart. Just drawing fanart is legal in any country, but making money of it may differ.
Here's a link to a video from one of the dA staff regarding copyright and selling fanart: [link]
I consider Doujinshi a completely another thing though . The companies themselves support/ or don't mind doujinshi because it helps raise their audience and they find new & young artists using them in Japan I bet they don't care much for a 5 dollar commission off Pikachu as well There are some companies that do care too though. That's why it's considered a gray line I guess
thank you so much for the Art Trade interest! <3 I'm not doing art trades for now though.
are you an One Piece fan as well?? may I ask...who's your favourite from the brothers?
It depends on how many notes I get. But you could send me the commission details in a note and I'll begin working on it after finishing the others I got. The wait time is from 1 week to 1 month so.... I accept payment only after I finish your commission If you're sure you still got the money when I finish, then it's no problem! Thank you so so much for the interest!!
yes yes! I' so sorry for the late response //OTL It's the first time I ever receive a commission without ref so I thought I'll let it on tomorrow and write a list of questions for it ...because now it's 2 A.M andimtoostupidandtired// ;___; THANK YOU SOO MUCH!!
